To ensure you're receiving the freshest coffee possible, we generally push orders placed over the weekend to the following roast week. So if you order on a Friday afternoon, your order may not be sent out until Wednesday. This also includes 5lb bags.
We are so incredibly lucky to have Ev on our crew, and we know many of our regulars are equally as grateful for her, so we're opening up a donation page as she and her partner are expecting their first child. And you know what they say: It takes a village!
For those who don't know, Ev is our Operations Manager, and she has been with us for over three years! Ev is a huge reason why we have two functioning shops. She's hopping on bar when the line is out the door, running around behind the scenes to make sure things are stocked up + functioning efficiently, managing 20+ people, anticipating things before they happen, and she's always finding great solutions while keeping a calm demeanor, even during the most stressful and frustrating situations. When she first came on, like many C+S crew members, she started out in the dish room, and now she's running the show. Thank you for everything, Ev. We can't wait to meet your future C+S baby!
