To ensure you're receiving the freshest coffee possible, we generally push orders placed over the weekend to the following roast week. So if you order on a Friday afternoon, your order may not be sent out until Wednesday. This also includes 5lb bags.

We get excited when we’re able to act on both values at once, which is why we’re all the more excited to bring you our latest offering, the Colombia Huila Women’s Lot. We’re always on the hunt for partners that promote women’s empowerment in coffee, so we’ve partnered with COOCENTRAL, a nonprofit co-op aligned with our mission.
Coffee is deeply woven into the fabric and identity of Colombia, and women have long been a cornerstone of the agro-food industry there. In fact, according to the National Coffee Federation, women represent 31% of Colombian coffee producers. COOCENTRAL has put together this stunningly delicious community lot through collaboration with over 600 female producers to increase visibility and empower these producers to have more influence over their coffee and their compensation alike.
We’ve roasted the Huila Women’s lot a bit darker than the rest of our offerings to elevate its warm and comforting notes of brown sugar cookie and dark cocoa, but we’ve stopped short of a proper medium roast to preserve the bold pecan pie sweetness this lot exudes.
