RETURNS

When it comes to coffee products, this is not a returnable item. If there ever is an issue with an order (like receiving the wrong item) we will be more than happy to find a solution!

Merch + coffee gear are fully returnable, as long as they have been unworn/unused and still have original packaging. We have a 30 day return policy, so we suggest emailing us as soon as possible to get a return label! Once received, you will get an email confirmation that your refund has been confirmed which will take 3-5 business days to show up back in your account.

SHIPPING

Bean order
- We roast in small batches every week to ensure you are getting fresh beans with every order. This means that if you order late in the week, let's say Saturday, your order may not be ready to ship out until Tuesday or Wednesday. So please be aware that we do this so that you get the highest quality product, and not because we are being lazy. There is a science to this, we promise.

Costs
- When it comes to shipping costs, we decided to do flat rates instead of charging you what USPS wants to. Beans are heavy for how small they are, so it was getting frustrating for everyone when one bag of beans was calculated as $9 in shipping! To make it better for everyone, one bag of beans will always cost $5 (or $6 if you want it quick) if you are within the US! It goes by weight, so the more you buy the more it will cost.. once you get the 13lb+ you will be paying a max of $25 (if you ask us, this is a pretty good deal these days).
- Once packaged up (no matter the weight), standard shipping with take approximately 3-4 days, and express is 1-2 days.
- Outside of the US is a different story unfortunately, we us DHL who does in fact calculate the cost using their own calculator. 
- If you are signed up for our coffee subscription, you get free shipping!

Time of order
- As for time of day you order, our team typically starts packaging midday and then heads to the post office between 3pm-5pm. So, unless you order before 11am or so, your order may not make it in the mail until the next day. 

Local Delivery
- We do not currently offer local delivery of most items, since most can be picked up in store. We do however allow order + pickup of 5lb coffee bags! To learn more, please email orders@captainandstoker.com
