To ensure you're receiving the freshest coffee possible, we generally push orders placed over the weekend to the following roast week. So if you order on a Friday afternoon, your order may not be sent out until Wednesday. This also includes 5lb bags.

The coffee producer Capricornio that brought you our Cold Soul has collaborated with partnering farms, Fazenda Santa Maria, Fazenda Teixeira, and Fazenda California, who share ecological standards while also providing permanent livelihood to their farmers and families. This Samba Signature series is comprised of two different coffee varietals, each from a renowned farm in the Sao Paulo region of Brazil.
Their actions echo our mission statement: The experts from Capricornio created this partnership by sharing knowledge and collectively tracking crops in every aspect of the growing process. Working in tandem with their community, Capricornio is unselfishly advancing the culture of collaborative cultivation in the region. This generous approach to improving coffee aligns with the farm's founder, who was famous for saying, "You can always do things better."
